Great things start from small beginnings
Hi everyone. My name is Ed, and I'm so delighted to announce the openning of our new travel service business Emiri Travel and Tours.
The story began wayback 33 years ago during the time of the animations "The Transformers", "Voltron Defender of the Universe", "Daimos" and "Mighty Man and Yuck". I was just a small lad back then and I always preferred to stay in-doors like any other nerd kid or much like of a "Couch Potato", yet technology back then would only be a form of a CRT Cathode Ray Tube Television. I read some books of Science, History, Collier's Encyclopedia and at that point in time I was introduced to the exciting world of Geography. I began to fall in love on viewing Geographical Maps, Terrain, Ocean, Nature, the Planets and the Solar System. As far as I could remember at the age of 4 where I still don't know how to read, my parents "Nanay and Daddy" would notice how I am different from other kids. Though I didn't qualified myself as someone smart, I was just filled with loads of curiosity perhaps.
Even untill today, such curiosities still bugging my head. To be honest nowadays I'm a bit paranoyed of the alleged September 2015 Asteroid or Comet Impact on Earth. Don't be bothered folks NASA released the fact that the near object collision on Earth would have a chance to happen in the next 700 years. Ahahaha. Too early to worry about.
I have always dreamed of becomming an educator or a high school teacher and even a college professor. Though life has its own twist and I ended up earning a Degree in Accountancy and the bulk of my career days was being an Airline Ground Steward. Just like Stepen Bishop's song "I've been passing time watching Planes go by..all of my life", untill everything ended on our airline's mass termination, call it a lock out, call it a major labor dispute of September 2011. Those were the dark days. My Daddy just passed away, I lost my job, I lost my assets, I was so broke, I even lost the custody of my kids. I was so hopeless then.
September of 2012, I found myself in a Coat and Tigh outfit, handling people, managing the business operation of a Rent-a-Car business for Grand Hyatt Hotel in Doha Qatar. Oh Qatar was such a nice place. I did excel working in a multi cultural environment where 85% of the population are Asians, Indians, Africans, Russians, Miditerranians, Arabs and a real mix of different people and culture so to speak.
Then came a scene, I was 38 thousand feet on an Emirates Boeing 777 aircraft, it was the global New Years Day then. What a way to spend the changing of the year in a plane travel. I was so scared of the massive turbulence in that flight that I stayed awake during the 9 hour journey. I am also worried of what in store for me when i go back to my homeland.
Well life has i'ts own surprises, I thought the Philippine Carrier Company would reinstate us to our regular jobs, but did not. Well, we just have to move on sometimes. The best thing is that first I landed safe back to the homeland, secondly I have a new farmland property in Laguna to manage and a new family to be taken cared of, and lastly to our delight and excitement...an amazing business to start up with..it's Emiri Travel and Tours.
Of all the things that happend to my life I realized that all of it leads to the creation of this business entity. Thanks for the MLM (Multi Level Marketing) company that opened my sight about Financial Literacy, only then I learned the importance of putting up your own enterprise. "BE THE BOSS of Your Own Company". Indeed very true. And now I become a qualified "Travel Entrepreneur".
The Travel Enterprise is a one of a kind endeavour where in you will travel on a beautiful site, do bunddles of pleasure and do business at the same time. Explore places, hike mountains, island hop, watch sunset at the beach, drink fresh coconut fruit, plunge into turquoise clear water, stare at a majestic waterfalls, appreciate the tropical rain forests and Mother Nature, cross hanging bridges, enter caves, mingle with people and different cultures, break every language barrier, survive a zip line, sleep in a luxurious room, and try eating native dishes.
You might find it expensive or costly at first but if you are a natural borne adventure seeker and nature lover, the mountains, the heights, the spectacle, the thrills, the experiences, the happiness, these are all that matters. Just travel. Give travel a chance and see for yourselves.
At present time Emiri Travel and Tours is on its start up stage. Our focus for now is more on Airline Ticketing. We help airline passengers book and buy the best airfare of their preferrence. Normaly passengers would always opt to go for the cheapest airfare available and truly they saved chunks of money for an air travel. We also have pre-arranged Tour Packages on prime destination in the Philippines and neighboring Asian Countries. We also provide Rent a Car Service as needed at times by travel customers. We promote Travel, Tourism and Sight Seeing. On top of that we also promote Health, Wellness and a Happy Wellbeing. That is why we included marketing of Guyabano Juice (Guyabano - Annona Muricata) and other Health and Wellness products.
With proper marketing, management, system and creative business idea, we forsee Emiri Travel and Tours soar new heights in the near future. The long term goal is to create as many happy travelers as we can. Happy, healthy and well satisfied travel customers.​
